Dwight Global offers blended classes for students grades 7 to 12. Dwight Global combines real-time online video conferencing seminars, Oxford-style tutorials, and a college-style schedule to provide students with the intimacy of an independent school coupled with the freedom to pursue their passions.
While students can come to school from anywhere, they can also come on campus several times a year for several weeks at a time. This combination of online and in-person experiences ensures that our students receive a complete education.
Starting in Grade 7, Dwight Global students are introduced to an inquiry-based curriculum through which they are encouraged to collaborate, think critically and independently, and apply their knowledge to the world around them. Students are at the center of their learning journey, and they are encouraged to develop a passion for learning and embrace new challenges with both enthusiasm and confidence. Starting in Grade 9, advanced students are given the opportunity to take Advanced Placement courses. In Grade 11, students may choose to take International Baccalaureate courses and sit for the prestigious International Baccalaureate Diploma.

Established in 1955, CollegeBoard develops and maintains guidelines for the teaching of higher-level courses in various subject areas. Courses following these guidelines are designated "Advanced Placement (AP)," and students in these courses can take AP examinations to document their level of preparation for future study in college. Unlike the IB, which has a specific philosophical and pedagogical underpinning, the Advanced Placement allows a multitude of approaches and uses in schools. The goal of Advanced Placement is to provide a benchmark readily understood by universities. Dwight Global offers students a full complement of standard AP courses.
Individualized Courses of Study
While some students crave the structure of IB or AP programs, others wish for greater personalization in their courses of study. Dwight Global’s commitment to personalizing each student’s course of study allows them to pursue their spark of genius while still getting a coveted high school diploma.
The Dwight Global Diploma
Students meeting graduation requirements will receive the Dwight Global Diploma issued by Dwight School.
